Greg Robbins organises our training program and is a qualified teacher. He has been involved in the cooperative housing sector for twenty years and was a founder member of the East London Coops group. Greg has experience of a number of management agreement models for TMOs. He also has extensive knowledge of employment issues having been a trade union officer for many years.
Nancy Hunt has thirty years’ experience in the cooperative housing movement and has worked full time in the field for ten years, having achieved her National Certificate in Housing with the Chartered Institute of Housing in 1992 she became an approved representative for NFTMO. Nancy has experience of a wide range of housing co-ops and is skilled at establishing effective methods of rent collection which tie in with local authority payment systems.
Ruth Allan came to housing from a trade union background fifteen years ago. She also has passed the CIH national Certificate, but additionally brings many skills, including experience of counselling, dealing with mental health issues, anti-social behaviour and mediation.
